Upon arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station, meet and greet by the local representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, begin your sightseeing with a visit to India Gate, a war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers. Drive past the President’s House and Parliament House for a glimpse of the city’s grand architecture. Later, visit the Lotus Temple, known for its stunning flower-like design, and the magnificent Akshardham Temple, an architectural marvel depicting India’s cultural heritage. In the evening, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.
After breakfast, explore the historic charm of Old Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, and enjoy a rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk, famous for its street food, jewelry, and spice markets. Later, visit the Red Fort (from outside), a UNESCO World Heritage Site that once served as the main residence of Mughal emperors. In the afternoon, proceed to Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.
After breakfast, continue exploring the attractions of New Delhi. Visit the Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Proceed to Humayun’s Tomb, an architectural masterpiece and a precursor to the Taj Mahal. In the afternoon, visit the National Museum or the Crafts Museum to get an insight into India’s rich history and art. Spend your evening shopping at Connaught Place or Dilli Haat, where you can find handicrafts and cuisines from across India. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. If time permits, visit the Lodhi Garden or Gurudwara Bangla Sahib for a peaceful end to your trip. Later, transfer to Delhi Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of your memorable Delhi tour.
