Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellation charges will be applied per person as per the schedule below:

  • More than 30 days before travel:
    20% of the total package cost
  • 21 to 30 days before travel:
    30% of the total package cost
  • 15 to 20 days before travel:
    50% of the total package cost
  • 10 to 14 days before travel:
    70% of the total package cost
  • Less than 10 days before travel:
    100% of the total package cost

Additional Notes:

  • For hotel bookings, cancellation charges will apply as per the respective hotel’s official cancellation policy.
  • For Star Cruises bookings, cancellation charges will apply as per the cruise line’s official cancellation policy.
  • For flight/train tickets, airline/railway cancellation rules will apply based on the respective carrier’s terms.

Payment Policy

At The Trip Marshall, we follow a transparent and structured payment process to ensure a smooth booking experience:

  • Advance Booking (More than 30 days before travel):
    To initiate your booking, a 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required.
  • Post-Confirmation:
    Once your travel arrangements are confirmed (hotels, transport.), the remaining 75% of the total cost must be paid.
  • Final Payment:
    The full tour amount must be cleared at least 10 days before the departure date.
  • Last-Minute Bookings (Within 10 days of travel):
    For bookings made within 10 days of the travel date, 100% of the tour cost is payable immediately after service confirmations.
  • Flight and train tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Refunds Issued For Duplicate Payment: In case of an accidental double charge for the same Tour Package.

Refund Request Process Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Liability

The Trip Marshall operates solely as a booking agent on behalf of international tour operators and third-party service providers. We function as a travel facilitator and do not own or operate any airline, hotel, cruise line, transport company, or other service vendors directly involved in the travel arrangements.

All information shared in our brochures, on our website, or through our representatives is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Descriptions provided are based on standard amenities typically available; however, certain services or routes may be altered due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, government regulations, road closures, or major construction work.

Should any changes in itinerary or services occur due to such events, and if known in advance, we will make every effort to inform the traveler prior to departure. However, The Trip Marshall does not have operational control over third-party suppliers and therefore cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, deficiency in service, or other issues arising from the actions or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, shipping lines, or any other independent contractors.

By booking a package with The Trip Marshall, travelers acknowledge and accept that all arrangements are made on the traveler’s behalf with third parties, and The Trip Marshall’s liability is limited solely to the coordination and facilitation of those services.
