Shimla to Manali via Spiti Valley

Duration: 7 Nights/8 Days

Route: Shimla → Kufri → Narkanda → Sarahan → Sangla → Kalpa → Nako → Tabo → Dhankar → Kaza → Key → Kibber → Hikkim → Komic → Langza → Chandratal → Rohtang Pass → Manali

Pick-up & Drop: Shimla Railway Station / Airport Manali Bus Stand / Kullu Airport

Day 1: Shimla - Sarahan

Pick-up from Shimla and drive to Sarahan. En route visit Kufri, Narkanda, and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas. Overnight stay in Sarahan.

Day 2: Sarahan - Sangla

Visit the Bhimakali Temple in the morning and continue driving to Sangla Valley. Explore Kamru Fort and relax by the Baspa River. Overnight in Sangla.

Day 3: Sangla - Kalpa

Drive from Sangla to Kalpa. Visit Suicide Point, Roghi Village, and enjoy stunning views of Kinner Kailash.

Day 4: Kalpa - Nako - Tabo

Proceed from Kalpa to Tabo via Nako. Visit Nako Lake and Monastery en route. Evening visit to Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest in the Himalayas.

Day 5 Tabo - Kaza

Drive to Kaza. En route visit Dhankar Monastery and optional trek to Dhankar Lake. Reach Kaza by evening.

Day 6: Kaza sightseeing

Full-day sightseeing around Kaza – visit Key Monastery, Kibber Village, Hikkim (world’s highest post office), Komic (one of the highest villages), and Langza.

Day 7: Kaza - Chandratal

Drive from Kaza to Chandratal via Kunzum Pass. Spend time by the lake and stay overnight at a campsite near Chandratal (seasonal, June–Sept).

Day 8: Chandratal - Rohtang pass - Manali (Departure)

Drive from Chandratal to Manali via Rohtang Pass (if open). Drop at Manali Bus Stand or Kullu Airport.
