Terms & Conditions
- All prices are applicable only for Indian nationals unless stated otherwise in the package or quotation.
- All bookings are subject to availability of air tickets and hotel accommodation at the time of booking. Quotations are purely indicative and do not constitute any confirmed bookings with airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
- Once a quotation is accepted, and advance payment is received (by cash, cheque, or online transfer), we initiate the booking process. In the event we are unable to confirm the services, the advance amount will be refunded in full. For group air packages, tickets are typically issued 1–2 days prior to departure.
- Hotels provide rooms from their base category unless otherwise mentioned. If the listed hotel is unavailable, we will offer a hotel of similar or higher category (cost difference, if any, will be payable by the guest). Extra beds are usually rollaway beds or mattresses as per hotel policy.
- Any date changes to confirmed air tickets are treated as cancellations, and fresh tickets are issued at prevailing rates. Airlines’ cancellation charges will apply.
- Any changes to the travel dates or itinerary must be informed to us in writing. All such requests are subject to availability. If changes are not feasible, standard cancellation policies will apply.
- No refunds will be offered for services not availed by the traveler during the trip, whether voluntarily or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport for international travel) must be presented at check-in and at the airport. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Meal plans start with breakfast after the first night and do not include breakfast on the arrival day. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be settled directly at the hotel.
- We are not responsible for disruptions due to natural calamities, flight/train delays, strikes, roadblocks, technical failures, political disturbances, etc. Any additional costs arising due to such events will be borne by the traveler. AC may not function in hilly areas or while the vehicle is stationary.
- All travel itineraries are provisional and subject to change based on availability. In cases where hotels are not available in the mentioned location, we reserve the right to provide similar accommodation in nearby areas. If the guest opts to cancel due to such a change, cancellation charges will be applied.
- If payments are not made as per the agreed schedule, bookings may be canceled without notice, and advance amounts may be forfeited. Travel must not commence until full payment is made. The Trip Marshall is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by non-payment.
- Refund Request Process Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- While we offer assistance for visa processing, issuance of a visa is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy. In the event of rejection, cancellation policies will apply.
- Rates for international travel are subject to change based on fluctuations in the foreign exchange market or due to availability constraints.
- Budget packages are curated for cost-conscious travelers and may not be suitable for families. The services included are basic, and no upgrades or service-related complaints will be entertained under these packages.
- Should travelers choose to deviate from the planned itinerary, any additional costs incurred must be borne by the traveler. Refunds for unused services will not be provided.
- The Trip Marshall acts solely as an agent between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for personal injuries, delays, losses, or damages arising out of service failures by these vendors unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
- All services are confirmed only upon realization of payments. Packages paid by cheque are subject to bank clearance before confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour or service for operational or unavoidable reasons. In such cases, our liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid. If any changes are accepted by the guest, no further claims shall be entertained.
- Only written and officially acknowledged communications are considered binding. Verbal assurances by staff are not enforceable.
- In the event of failure of services by a third-party provider, the issue must be resolved with them directly. The Trip Marshall assumes no responsibility for service failures caused by hotels, transporters, or airlines.
- Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 21 days of trip completion. Complaints received beyond this period will not be entertained. Group complaints must be submitted by the group leader only.
- All disputes will be governed by the laws of India, and any litigation will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ghaziabad.
- We are not liable for reduced travel days or re-routing caused by airline or transport provider disruptions. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the provider’s policies.
- Hotel star ratings and descriptions are provided by the respective service providers. We do not independently verify or guarantee this information.
- Unless otherwise mentioned, all meals included in the package are vegetarian. Non-vegetarian options are chargeable extra and subject to availability.
- Please note that in certain destinations, taxis or private vehicles are not permitted beyond designated points due to local regulations or terrain restrictions. In such cases, travelers will be dropped off at the nearest permissible taxi stand, and onward travel will need to be arranged by the guest at their own expense—either by hiring a local taxi or proceeding on foot. This is applicable in specific areas such as Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and similar regions.
- Tour costs do not include insurance. Guests are advised to purchase their own travel insurance.
- By booking a trip with The Trip Marshall, the traveler acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
